Tracking link still empty?
Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours after dispatch. Most links go live the morning after we ship.
Wrong delivery address?
Email help@pierrecabot.com with your order number and the correct address before the parcel ships. We can usually fix it the same day.
Size not right when it arrives?
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days. We send a prepaid label — start from your confirmation email, or write to us directly.
