How our shoes fit

Our loafers are built for day-one comfort — no break-in period required.
The combination of soft full-grain Italian leather and our adaptive foam insole means the shoe gently molds to your foot after the first few wears.

  • Fit: True to size

  • Width: Standard (D/E)

  • Feel: Snug at first, then softens naturally

  • Recommendation: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one — the leather will stretch slightly with wear.

Note: All our shoes follow standard European sizing. Minor variations may exist due to artisanal hand-finishing.

How to measure your feet

You’ll need:

  • A white sheet of paper

  • A pen or pencil

  • A ruler

Step 1: Place your foot flat on the paper, heel against a wall.
Step 2: Mark the tip of your longest toe.
Step 3: Measure the distance (in cm) between the wall and your mark.
Step 4: Compare your measurement with our table above.

If one foot is slightly longer, always use the larger measurement when selecting your size.

Trying on your shoes

When you receive your pair:

  • Try them on a soft, clean surface (avoid hardwood floors).

  • Wear them with the type of socks you plan to use.

  • Ensure the heel fits snugly — slight tightness at first is normal and will ease quickly.

Our shoes are designed to adapt after a few hours of wear, offering long-term comfort without losing their refined shape.

Women’s Collection

Since 2023, Pierre Cabot also offers loafers for women, designed with a slimmer last for a refined silhouette and the same signature comfort.
Women’s sizes run true to EU sizing — if between two sizes, we recommend sizing down.
